Achievable aspiration flow rates with large balloon guide catheters during carotid artery stenting

Abstract: Background Emergency carotid artery stenting (CAS) is a frequent endovascular procedure, especially in combination with intracranial thrombectomy. Balloon guide catheters are frequently used in these procedures.
