Achieving Low-Noise, High-Bandwidth, Nanoscale-Resolution Position Sensing with GMR Sensors

Abstract: <p>Nanometer-resolution position sensing is a critical requirement in several precision applications such as Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), especially over large bandwidths.
