Ácido Indolbutírico No Enraizamento De Estacas Semilenhosas Das Cultivares De Pessegueiro Della Nona E Eldorado

As estacas for… Show more

“…As the number of roots per cutting is related to the potential issue of adventitious roots in a certain time period, it is observed that the non-application of plant growth regulator or applications of low efficiency levels in P. serrulata may result in plants with less survivability when subjected to environmental conditions. However, higher averages has also been reported in other species, such as 7.5 roots per cutting at a concentration of 3000mg L -1 for Prunus persica cultivate Della Nona (RIBAS et al, 2007). In relation to the average length of roots per cutting, there was a good radicial development for all IBA concentrations, with the highest values obtained in concentrations of 750mg L -1 and 1000mg L -1 (6.91cm and 7.15cm, respectively) ( Table 2).…”

“…The formation of adventitious roots is the result of the interaction between endogenous factors that act as inhibitors or inducers (TSAFOUROS et al 2019). The dose of auxin applied changes the hormonal balance and influences the number of roots grown (RIBAS et al 2007, JOHNSON et al 2020; however, its effect on tissue can be inactivated by oxidation or conjugation, which can be caused by peroxidase enzymes and amino acids, respectively, and which are present in different concentrations according to the genotype and age of the tissue (GASPAR et al 1992, RODRIGUES et al 2002, OSTERC et al 2016.…”
