Abstract:El acné agminata o lupus miliar diseminado facial es una patología inflamatoria poco frecuente, que tiene predilección por la cara y puede afectar a adultos jóvenes. Se manifiesta con pápulas y pústulas y en la histopatología se observan granulomas tuberculoides. Su patología es poco entendida y se enfoca posiblemente en el espectro de la rosácea granulomatosa.
