Abstract: Acne keloidalis nuchae (AKN) is an idiopathic chronic inflammatory condition that predominantly affects African-American men and presents with follicular papules, pustules and plaques, which may eventually lead to keloid-like scarred lesions, fibrotic plaques, abscesses, sinuses, and alopecia.
