Abstract:A wireless signal transmission technology based on acoustic carrier is proposed, which overcomes the limitation of electromagnetic signal shielding and shows great potential for in‐site monitoring of sliding electrical contact used in gas‐insulated switchgear (GIS)/gas‐insulated transmission line (GIL).
