Abstract:Liquid waste of food industry enterprises contains various valuable organic substances of natural origin, which can be rationally used to obtain feed proteins. The problem of using valuable substances from food waste solves the problem of using biotechnological methods in order to use methods of accumulating biomass, enzymes, vitamins, etc. The biomass of unicellular microorganisms formed in the process of cultivation can be a raw material for obtaining feed additives and other biologically active substances.
