Abstract:Monoclonal gammopathy of uncertain significance associated acquired von Willebrand syndrome is a serious bleeding condition driven by immunological clearance of von Willebrand factor and has limited treatment options. We present a patient who achieved durable remission through eradication of the monoclonal paraprotein with clonal directed therapy with bortezomib.
