Acreditação Como Elemento Catalisador Do Desempenho Em Organização Hospitalar

Abstract: O objetivo da pesquisa foi investigar em que medida a implantação de processos de acreditação é capaz de promover a melhoria do desempenho em organizações hospitalares. Para tanto, foi realizado um estudo de caso em um hospital de grande porte sediado no Brasil, o qual iniciou o processo de certificação em 2015.
