Acrométastase du pied révélant un cancer bronchique: à propos d’un cas

Abstract

L'acrométastase osseuse du pied comme manifestation initiale révélatrice d'une tumeur maligne primitive occulte est exceptionnellement rapportée dans la littérature. Les retards, voire les erreurs diagnostiques, sont fréquents. Nous rapportons un cas d'acrométastase au niveau de la tête du premier métatarsien révélant un adénocarcinome pulmonaire. We report a case of arcometastasis at the head of the first metatarsus revealing an occult lung adenocarcinoma.
