Acrometastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma: a case report

Abstract: Acrometastasis is an exceedingly rare condition and is often misdiagnosed or overlooked. We herein describe a 50-year-old patient who developed acrometastasis in the big toe from nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The treatment consisted of amputation through the proximal phalanx, and the patient recovered well.
