Abstract:Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (A. pleuropneumoniae) is a porcine respiratory tract pathogen and causes porcine pleuropneumonia. Porcine alveolar macrophage plays an important role during A. pleuropneumoniae infection. Amyloid precursor protein (APP) can be cleaved by β- and γ-secretase to produce β-amyloid (Aβ).
