Action of New Feeding Additive to Meat Productivity and Quality of Bull-Calves Meat

Abstract: As a result of the researchers found a positive effect of new feed additive on the growth rate, the qualitative indicators of meat fattening. It was found that the effect of feed additives on the productivity increased with increasing doses of feed additives from 100 to 300 g per head. Thus, at the age of 18 months, the bulls of the first experimental group surpassed the control analogues by 3.86, the second – by 5.53 and the third – by 6.42% and the average daily increase by 7.50, 11.63 and 12.45%, respective… Show more

“…Based on the above existing problems for the country's agricultural sector, an innovative technology for obtaining a feed additive from unused resources and reserves of the agroindustrial complex is required. This problem is urgent for peasant farms, agro-industrial firms, which also face similar natural, managerial, organizational, technological difficulties, now having factors and environmental conditions, unforeseen emergencies and natural, weather anomalous phenomena that impede the production, preservation, storage and providing livestock and poultry farming with a fodder base [6][7][8][9][10][11]. The purpose of this work is to analyze the existing problem, scientific and technical search for the developed devices, identify existing known analogues, select a prototype and develop an innovative technical solution with the installation of our modification for further obtaining a feed additive suitable for the morphological and functional characteristics of animals and birds.…”

“…According to I.F Gorlov., A.A. Kaidulina [1], the determining factor defining the level of animal improvement and its meat productivity is the live weight. The results of studies by some authors show that the intensity of growth of castrated and noncastrated bull-calves of the Kalmyk breed under identical conditions of keeping and feeding is not the same in different age periods.…”
