Activation Mechanism of RhoA Caused by Constitutively Activating Mutations G14V and Q63L

Abstract: RhoA, a member of Rho GTPases, regulates myriad cellular processes. Abnormal expression of RhoA has been implicated in various diseases, including cancers, developmental disorders and bacterial infections. RhoA mutations G14V and Q63L have been reported to constitutively activate RhoA.
