“…On cDNA templates, a quantitative RT-PCR experiment was performed using the SYBR Green PCR master mix (Bio-Rad) as per the manufacturer's protocols (BioRad) using the designed oligonucleotide primers given in table 1 (Schmidt and Delaney, 2010).
