Active Damping Control Method for Different Dual-Parallel-SPMSM Systems with Single Inverter

Abstract: This paper presents a stabilization method for different dual parallel surface permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM) systems with a single inverter. When a single inverter drives two synchronous motors, disturbance can cause a torque difference between the two motors. This can cause the motor's electrical and mechanical resonance.
