Active Power Consensus Control for Wind Turbines with Time Delays

Abstract: The distributed active power control problem is explored by equating wind turbines to multi-agent systems in this paper.Both time delays and unknown topological relations are considered in the proposed model. Using the graph discovery algorithm, the algebraic connectivity of the graph is found in advance.
