Active Qualitative Evaluation

Abstract: This article discusses active qualitative evaluation and modern sociotechnical design as parts of an approach for the evaluation of organizational change. ‘Intervention in interactions’ is the most important similarity between these parts when considering the evaluation of organizational change.
