Abstract:The author has studied the action of Cleland’s reagent and Koshland’s reagent on the erythropoietic factors present in the kidneys and the spleen of normal rabbits, in the plasma of bled rabbits and in the mixtures obtained through incubation of normal plasma with kidney and spleen homogenates.
