“…The audience is the appreciator, and without the audience, there is no performance. The audience is the core of the performance; the actor brings life and soul to the performance; and the audience receives the artistic beauty and emotion brought by the performance [ 12 ]. As an audience, there is a certain spatial distance from the stage from which it is impossible to see just one actor and observe every detailed action.…”

“…Aimed at simultaneously tackling skills shortages and youth unemployment (Jäger, 2016;Pilz & Wiemann, 2021;Vogelsang et al, 2021Vogelsang et al, , 2022, the dual approach involves a tightly regulated blend of theoretical and practical training tasks shared between companies and public or public-recognized vocational training schools (Euler, 2013;Jäger, 2016;Pilz & Wiemann, 2021). In this, students spend up to 80% of the training period in companies, and the rest (20%) in recognized vocational schools (Jäger, 2016;Mora et al, 2022).…”

“…For example, Valiente and Scandurra (2017) and Maurer and Gonon (2014) analysed the challenges facing the transfer of the dual vocational training system, including its governance model, to countries whose tradition is based on other types of model more closely linked to state or liberal control. Vogelsang et al (2022) focused their research on the analysis of the role played by the local actors in the transfer and import of dual training approaches. From a similar perspective, Martín-Artiles et al ( 2019) analysed the discourse of institutions and social actors from importing contexts, including aspects such as governance and social dialogue.…”

“…On the other hand, due to the key influence of governance on the success of VET systems, a significant part of VET governance as a research topic has consisted of the analysis of possibilities relating to policy borrowing from the dual VET model of best practices. From this perspective, we identify two streams of researchers: that focusing on the analysis of the importation of the dual system by the reforming countries (Martín-Artiles et al 2019;Maurer and Gonon 2014;Valiente and Scandurra 2017;Vogelsang et al 2022) and that focusing on the export potential of the models of best practice (Davoine and Deitmer 2020;Lassnigg 2015;Salameh et al 2012).…”
