In order to protect non-genetic inheritance, this paper proposes the construction of digital platform for non-genetic inheritance based on PEST-SWOT model. Firstly, the classification of intangible Chinese heritage is summarized and the development of Jiaodong dough plastic intangible cultural heritage is summarized and analyzed by using SWOT and PEST analysis model. Finally, the strategy of digital protection and inheritance of Jiaodong dough plastic is constructed, and the digital information of Jiaodong dough plastic is collected and classified for data collection and archiving by using digital information technologies such as three-dimensional digital scanning of the Internet. To develop the information retrieval system of Jiaodong dough molding, establish the resource database of Jiaodong dough molding with complete, multiple and intuitive information, and record the whole picture of Jiaodong dough molding art in a real and systematic way. At the same time, convenient ways of inquiry exchange and utilization are provided to realize the digital preservation and sharing of Jiaodong dough plastic resources, so as to achieve the purpose of inheritance and dissemination of Jiaodong dough plastic art.

With the continuous improvement of the public’s pursuit of information contact experience, in the era of the development of VR technology, digital mobile display technology has gradually changed the traditional display habits with its unique charm and strong competitive advantage. This article aims to improve the value of art research, meet the needs of the information age, and spread the spirit of intangible cultural heritage by improving the virtual visualization of intangible cultural heritage digital display technology. This article takes Dai ceramics intangible cultural heritage as an example to discuss the modern display technology of the ceramics, using virtual reality technology to enhance the sense of reality and interaction during the exhibition. This article uses visualization technology to digitally and artistically process Dai ceramics to achieve artistic effects while ensuring the authenticity of the ceramics, giving people a different visual experience. The article compares the application of several modern technologies in digital mobile display. Among them, the virtual reality technology has a good application in the system frame structure of the display, which exceeds 25%. In the future, virtual visualization technology will be further popularized and promoted, giving intangible cultural heritage high-definition digital display more opportunities and development space.

In recent years, vigorously developing the protection of intangible cultural heritage has become an important part of building a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, shouldering the important task of promoting cultural exchanges and maintaining cultural diversity. Therefore, as an important object for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, the study of English translation of folk literature has also received great attention from scholars. Protect and inherit folk literature, and improve the cultural soft power of certain regions of our country. Based on the big data, this article uses the early warning indicator system to protect and research the translation of non-heritage folk literature in my country and other tasks. Folk literature is our national treasure. It is very important to translate them into English, the most popular international language through the perspective of mesotranslatology. The English translation of intangible cultural heritage works of folk literature, as the carrier of China's excellent traditional culture, helps to promote the export process of the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics, so that the essence of Chinese culture can be spread and popularized. The Chinese translation and literary circles have been committed to research in this field for a long time, aiming to let foreign readers understand the unique cultural and spiritual connotations of Chinese excellent folk literature. Enhance the cultural self-confidence of the people and the cultural strength of the country. The experimental research results show that, based on the perspective of mesotranslatology, the perspective of mesotranslatology plays a very important role in the translation of folk literature for some work in our country's folk literature translation.
