Acute Cholecystitis: MR Findings and Differentiation from Chronic Cholecystitis

Abstract: Increased gallbladder wall enhancement and increased transient pericholecystic hepatic enhancement had the highest combination of sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis and differentiation of acute and chronic cholecystitis.
