Abstract: Invasive management of patients with ST- segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (ST-ACS) and non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) is a priority and reflected in the current guidelines for management of this category of patients with a high evidence level (class I, level of evidence A).
