Abstract:Background: We aimed to examine the acute effect of aliskiren on smoking-induced endothelial dysfunction in smoker.Methods: Nineteen male smokers were enrolled. After all participants smoked a cigarette, their endothelial function was assessed with brachial artery flow mediated dilation (FMD).
