Acute Effects of Enhanced Eccentric and Concentric Resistance Exercise on Metabolism and Inflammation

Abstract: This study compared the metabolic, cardiopulmonary and inflammatory responses of novel acute machine based concentrically-focused resistance exercise (CON RX) and eccentrically-focused resistance exercise (ECC RX).
