Acute hemorrhagic pericardial effusion complicating angiosarcoma of the liver

Abstract: A 42-year-old woman, with an acute hemorrhagic pericardial effusion, was found to have an angiosarcoma of the liver which caused a massive intraabdominal bleeding due to spontaneous rupture of the liver.
