Acute Myeloid Leukaemia Presenting as Gaze Palsy

Abstract: The most frequent initial ocular manifestation of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) is retinal involvement. Here, we report an unusual case of AML associated with a pontine chloroma presenting with gaze palsy as the initial symptom.
