Acute Necrotizing Esophagitis Followed by Duodenal Necrosis

Abstract: Acute Necrotizing Esophagitis is an uncommon pathology, characterized by endoscopic finding of diffuse black coloration in esophageal mucosa and histological presence of necrosis in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
