Acute paranoid psychosis as sole clinical presentation of hepatic artery thrombosis after living donor liver transplantation

Abstract: BackgroundHepatic artery thrombosis is a devastating complication after orthotopic liver transplantation often requiring revascularization or re-transplantation. It is associated with considerably increased morbidity and mortality.
