Abstract: AimDPP4 inhibitors are widely prescribed as treatments for type 2 diabetes. Because drug responses vary among individuals, we initiated investigations to identify genetic variants associated with the magnitude of drug responses.MethodsSitagliptin (100 mg) was administered to 47 healthy volunteers.
