Acute Spontaneous Bilateral Adrenal Hemorrhage Presenting as Hyponatremia

Abstract: Bilateral adrenal hemorrhage is a very unusual cause of severe adrenal insufficiency and hyponatremia. It can result from trauma, infections, or antiphospholipid antibody syndrome and can be fatal if not diagnosed and treated early.
