Adaptation of in vitro regeneration protocol for Brazilian wheat genotypes

Abstract: The availability of an efficient protocol for in vitro regeneration is imperative for genetic transformation. Using genotypes adapted to the target region as a transgenic platform accelerates the development of cultivars.
