Abstract:Aims
This study investigated the adaptation strategies of Pseudomonas protegens to hyperosmotic growth environments (HGE).
Methods and Results
The current study combined transcriptomics and proteomics to provide an overview of the molecular mechanism of P. protegens adaptation to HGE. The results revealed that HGE exerted prominent impact on the synthesis of proteins involved in multiple cellular functions. Comparison of the differentially accumulated proteins at both transcriptomics and proteomics levels indi… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
