Adaptive Event‐Triggered Synchronization of Networked Neural Networks with Time‐Varying Delay Subject to Actuator Saturation

Abstract: This paper discusses the adaptive event-triggered synchronization problem of a class of neural networks (NNs) with time-varying delay and actuator saturation. First, in view of the limited communication channel capacity of the network system and unnecessary data transmission in the NCSs, an adaptive event-triggered scheme (AETS) is introduced to reduce the network load and improve network utilization. Second, under the AETS, the synchronization error model of the delayed master-slave synchronization system is … Show more

“…Thus, it is of fundamental importance to consider the saturation effects when dealing with real implementations of MSS. On this topic, XU et al (2021), for example, propose an adaptive ETM to ensure the asymptotic MSS in the particular context of continuous-time neural networks with time-varying delay and input constraints based on a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. On the other hand, REHAN (2013) addressed the design of a state feedback controller to achieve the MSS of continuous-time chaotic oscillators under input saturation and disturbance.…”
