Adding pertuzumab to adjuvant therapy for high-risk HER2-positive early breast cancer in APHINITY: a GRADE analysis

Abstract: Aim: Adding pertuzumab to standard trastuzumab-based adjuvant therapy significantly improved invasive disease-free survival (IDFS) in the APHINITY trial.
