Abstract: Within all their variability, foams constitute the largest segment in the polyurethane industry. Polyurethane is composed mainly of isocyanate (-N=C=O) and polyol (-OH) functional groups, presenting different characteristics by adding fillers. This polymer has a wide range of applications such as adhesives, coatings, varnishes, elastomers and foams.
