Additive suppression of tonic-clonic seizures in mice receiving the combination of carbamazepine, phenobarbital and valproate

Abstract: Introduction. Polytherapy with three antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) is used in patients who have seizure episodes classified by physicians and neurologists as refractory or drug-resistant.
