Abstract:Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor (AOT) is an uncommon benign epithelial odontogenic tumor frequently involving the maxillary anterior region. It presents as an encapsulated slow growing lesion displacing the roots of associated teeth. The histopathological findings are characteristic and aid in diagnosis of this entity.
