Adenomatoid tumor of ovary – A rare case

Abstract: Adenomatoid tumors are benign tumors of mesothelium and rare tumors found in male and female genital tract. They are more common in males than females. They account for 30% of all paratesticular neoplasm in males and 1.2% tumors of uterus. There are very few cases reported in ovaries.
