Adenomatoid tumor of the tunica albuginea

Abstract: Adenomatoid tumors are benign mesothelial tumors most commonly found in the paratesticular structures, especially the epididymis. Herein, we report a case of adenomatoid tumor originating in the tunica albuginea and mimicking an intratesticular neoplasm.
