Abstract:SDB symptoms, since some of these children will progress to develop moderate OSA. My take-home message from PATS is that children with habitual snoring/mild SDB but a low AHI may be candidates for an AT when daytime symptoms are present and caregivers feel that the risks of surgery are outweighed by the disease burden.
