Abstract: Introduction: [ 18 F]-fluoro-methylcholine (FCH) PET/CT and MRI with diffusion-weighted MRI (DW-MRI) have insufficient performance in lymph node staging of primary prostate cancer by themselves, but the combination may perform better.
