“…The OLM was obtained by scoring individuals based on the adoption of the following three healthy behaviors: (a) does not currently smoke (1 point), (b) engages in a combined total of moderate and vigorous physical activity for at least 150 min a week (1 point), and (c) eats at least five servings of fruits and/or vegetables daily (1 point). The optimal living metric as originally developed includes an additional point for healthy drinking behavior (i.e., drinking no more than two alcoholic beverages daily for men and no more than one alcoholic beverage daily for women) [18].
