Adherence to oral oncolytics filled through an internal health-system specialty pharmacy compared with external specialty pharmacies

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Oral oncolytics are becoming increasingly common in the treatment of solid and hematological malignancies. Medication adherence is especially important to ensure adequate drug levels to treat active malignancies, notably in curativeintent therapy.
