Abstract:The absence of drugs in ultra-diluted homeopathic medicines and unfavourable clinical trial results portray homeopathic remedies as placebos. Here, it is proposed that homeopathic therapy is a combination of non-specific and antigen-specific mucosal immunotherapy in crude form.
