Adipokines and macrophage markers during pregnancy—Possible role for sCD163 in prediction and progression of gestational diabetes mellitus

Abstract: Aims The risk of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is increased in overweight and obese women potentially involving secreted mediators from adipose tissue.
