Admission Control Over Internet of Vehicles Attached With Medical Sensors for Ubiquitous Healthcare Applications

Abstract: Wireless technologies and vehicle-mounted or wearable medical sensors are pervasive to support ubiquitous healthcare applications. However, a critical issue of using wireless communications under a healthcare scenario rests at the electromagnetic interference (EMI) caused by radio frequency transmission. A high level of EMI may lead to a critical malfunction of medical sensors, and in such a scenario, a few users who are not transmitting emergency data could be required to reduce their transmit power or even t… Show more

“…rough the analysis and study of data transmission characteristics of railway train control in literature [28], the importance of fusion technology to improve safety performance of train control is clearly identified. In this regard, the colored Petri net (CPN) algorithm is used for modeling, and the experimental results show that this method is effective and feasible.…”

“…Ning et al 50 Reliable service access system, emphasize priority, efficiency in response time More resource consumption, complexity because of priority management Simulation information technologies in different domains that can be developed for health monitoring based on sensor information, energy consumption control, and data collection. [67][68][69][70][71] Several applications are used in traffic management. These systems are presented for various reasons, such as economic purposes (e.g., energy management, improvement of public transportation, and public transportation systems improvements) and environmental purposes (e.g., air pollution prevention and monitoring).…”
