Abstract:Primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma (PCFCL) is a cutaneous B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), primarily seen in adults and only very rarely reported in children. Here, we describe an adolescent male with PCFCL of the scalp, treated with systemic rituximab monotherapy with a complete response.A 15-year-old male, with no significant medical history, presented with multiple erythematous lesions on his scalp.
