Adolescents and alcohol misuse

Abstract: Alcohol misuse is regarded as a major public health issue, which results in more health-related problems than tobacco and illicit substances. Alcohol misuse among adolescents is on the increase and excessive drinking is associated with psychological, social and physical harm to the individual, family and society.
