Abstract:Background: : Maintaining a balanced and diverse daily routine is one way to ease adolescents' transition to adulthood. The absence of tools that assess adolescents' daily routines led to developing the Daily Activities for Youth Opportunity (DAY-Opp) Questionnaire.
